gestionar, publicar y facilitar inscripciones a eventos deportivos y conectar a organizadores y atletas.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"8709\" data-end=\"8734\">3) Condiciones de uso<\/h3><p data-start=\"8735\" data-end=\"8762\">El usuario se compromete a:<\/p><ul data-start=\"8763\" data-end=\"8952\"><li data-start=\"8763\" data-end=\"8814\"><p data-start=\"8765\" data-end=\"8814\">No usar el servicio con fines il\u00edcitos o da\u00f1inos.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"8815\" data-end=\"8903\"><p data-start=\"8817\" data-end=\"8903\">No vulnerar seguridad, extraer datos sin autorizaci\u00f3n ni interferir con la plataforma.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"8904\" data-end=\"8952\"><p data-start=\"8906\" data-end=\"8952\">Mantener credenciales seguras y datos veraces.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"8954\" data-end=\"9021\">Podemos suspender cuentas ante uso indebido o riesgos de seguridad.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"9023\" data-end=\"9085\">4) Contenido de eventos y responsabilidad de organizadores<\/h3><p data-start=\"9086\" data-end=\"9124\">Los organizadores son responsables de:<\/p><ul data-start=\"9125\" data-end=\"9272\"><li data-start=\"9125\" data-end=\"9202\"><p data-start=\"9127\" data-end=\"9202\">Reglamentos, cambios, cancelaciones, log\u00edstica, premios, seguros, permisos.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"9203\" data-end=\"9272\"><p data-start=\"9205\" data-end=\"9272\">Derechos sobre contenidos (im\u00e1genes, textos, marcas) que publiquen.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"9274\" data-end=\"9370\">Rocky Global facilita herramientas y visibilidad, pero no garantiza la ejecuci\u00f3n de cada evento.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"9372\" data-end=\"9409\">5) Pagos y reembolsos (si aplica)<\/h3><p data-start=\"9410\" data-end=\"9588\">Las condiciones de pago y reembolso pueden depender del evento y del organizador. Antes de pagar, revisa las condiciones del evento. La pasarela puede tener t\u00e9rminos adicionales.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"9590\" data-end=\"9618\">6) Propiedad intelectual<\/h3><p data-start=\"9619\" data-end=\"9769\">El software, marca, identidad visual y contenidos propios son de Rocky Global o usados con licencia. Queda prohibida su reproducci\u00f3n sin autorizaci\u00f3n.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"9771\" data-end=\"9824\">7) Disponibilidad y limitaci\u00f3n de responsabilidad<\/h3><p data-start=\"9825\" data-end=\"10039\">El servicio se ofrece \u201ctal cual\u201d. Puede haber mantenimientos o interrupciones.
